  • alll the older gundam have the best storyline but the graphics are bad and the gundams look not as cool

but theyre still the best bettr than any new other gundam love the storylines

  • I can half agree with you, but to say the animation for the Gundam shows back in the 1980's was bad is uncalled for. The original show's animation had not aged gracefully, but everything after was either at par or above the quality of other anime at the time. Char's Counterattack still looks better then some shows today! Besides watching the shows on youtube is not the way they're meant to be seen. Watch them on dvd or blu-ray, then you can really appreciate the animation. @sinned1995

  • English version, AWESOME XD!!!!

  • Still owns the number one spot for me when it comes to Gundam Opening!

  • Oblivion was used in the Gundam 0083 movie. It is included on the soundtrack as well, and has a second verse to it as well.

  • the first dialogue read like North Korea`s official

  • I want the song, by itself in .mp3 format.

anyone knwo where I can find it?

  • Is this clip from the movie version??

I find the opening of the last episode(13th) different from this (and a different title)

  • Yeah, where's this from? Far as I know, "Oblivion" was never used in the series.

  • Men of Destiny and Oblivion are great because they capture the feel of the Gundam series they represent perfectly. Oblivion, in particular, has a lot of apocolyptic lyrical imagery that compliments what is shown in the series, and Men of Destiny is almost a diametric opposite to the feeling of hopelessness that pervades Oblivion, lending an almost heroic stance to the proceedings. It's hard to choose between the two!

  • I so agree with you, Men of Destiny and Oblivion are the best openings songs I've ever heard, they're perfect for this series

  • 0083 featured the biggest bitch of any anime ever. Right here, getting what she deserves.

  • hmmmm, i'd say its a toss up between her and karen of the 08th ms team myself. shima's more spiteful-type bitch, and karen's more of an irrationally-angry-PMSing-31-days/month-type

  • Obrivion!

  • LAWLS! :)

  • It misses. The speed feeling and the weight feeling of 0083UC are wonderful. 0083UC is popular in my country, and the rental is always done as for DVD.

  • Cima gets royally FUCKED the right way, straight up her traitor, sell out, back stabbing ass.

Die bitch and NEVER come back, oh wait Kou Uraki waxed her ass into oblivion.

  • Are you serious? At least she had the most personality out of an entire cast of cardboard cutouts. AND she pilots a bad-ass mobile suit. Gotta love the Gerbera!

  • This sounds terriblly like the song that was used: "Men of Destiny" Any idea why?

  • it is the english version of "Men of Destiny" performed by Rumiko Wada (thats why it sounds a little strange )

And by the way, "Back to Paradise" (this song was actually played during the series) sung by Miki Matsubara is the english version of "The Winner"

  • I knew about "The Winner" in English in the series. Just not about this one. Thanks for the info~
