The key questions are:

1. Who helped him flee Iran, from Tehran to Iran's Kurdistan, to Iraq Kurdistan, aside from KPD.

2. He says, while in Iraq, he applied for immigrating to US, that he did not apply for a political refugee status or political asylum. Normal US immigration procedure takes more than a year. How did he manage to get an immigrant visa in matter of a couple of weeks.

3. Who paid for his airline ticket from Iraq, to UK, to US.

4. Whose interest is he serving now? Iran or US.

We know that Iranian "moral" police has been targeting & attacking young men with long hair & facial make-up, for the past 3 years. We have seen videos, right here on YouTube, how the IRI "moral" police treats young men with long hair. So, how is it that Mr. Batebi, who left Evin prison according to his own claim, only a few months ago, displays a long ponytail in this video, long enough to require at least a year to reach that length?

Yesss!!!! the UN treats the case of Iran as if all of Iran is only in Tehran (northern Tehran to be more exact) and many Iranians living in diaspora who are too complacent and ignorant to do some serious research go to Tehran or some developed areas of other cities say that human rights are protected these days because women get to wear looser scarves and makeup.This all takes place while the outskirts of the country are virtually ignored and many are still being killed and tortured today!
