And as far as Angel goes, I loved him in the beginning but the more we got to know his character, I didnt like him so much. We get it, you are tortured. Does anyone remember when Angel killed that demon that made him mortal? And he went to the Oracles and asked to be made a vampire again? that made me think he was to worried about his manliness and about buffy protecting him instead of finally getting to be with buffy.

What Angel was worried about was getting her killed. She could never stop fighting, obviously. But now she would be fighting alone, and trying to protect him at the same time. He also realized that the fight was more important than both of them. The Greater Good and all that. =)
IM SO HAPPY you used that line for Spike, when he said that to her, I finally understood how much he loved her. And I have always liked Spike even when he was bad, because he started to be good ( a little ) before the chip and soul, he loved her so much he could have self control to not do things that would piss her off, and well, Angel has to have a soul or he would pretty much just rip throats.
God Jonathan's quote is so surprisingly deep! You never thought he would become one of the more prominent characters just by the little flashes of him in the earlier seasons! I love going back through and watching the show all over again and seeing how much small characters rose, and thinking how erverything would end as you see it all begin.
im not sure exactly what it is, but my favorite tara quote is when shes talking to willow after they've broken up, saying how people just cant get back together, it takes time, and people change, etc, "but can't we just skip all that? can't you just be kissing me now?"
@NeptunII I had often thought he was the human embodiment of the colour beige. But there was that moment in Season 5 I think, when he turns to Xander & says something like I love Buffy, she incredible, but she doesn't love me... & I suddenly realised he had known all along and was just so in love he couldn't let go even though she didn't love him back. And that really broke my heart. He knew all along, he wasn't stupid at all. Very sad & changed my opinion entirely. When that happens its awesome

"the hardest thing in this world, is to live in it" was origionally said by Buffy to dawn right before she killed herself at the end of season five, not in the more popular episode Once More, With Feeling, where it is quoted by Dawn.

And as far as Angel goes, I loved him in the beginning but the more we got to know his character, I didnt like him so much. We get it, you are tortured. Does anyone remember when Angel killed that demon that made him mortal? And he went to the Oracles and asked to be made a vampire again? that made me think he was to worried about his manliness and about buffy protecting him instead of finally getting to be with buffy.

What Angel was worried about was getting her killed. She could never stop fighting, obviously. But now she would be fighting alone, and trying to protect him at the same time. He also realized that the fight was more important than both of them. The Greater Good and all that. =)

IM SO HAPPY you used that line for Spike, when he said that to her, I finally understood how much he loved her. And I have always liked Spike even when he was bad, because he started to be good ( a little ) before the chip and soul, he loved her so much he could have self control to not do things that would piss her off, and well, Angel has to have a soul or he would pretty much just rip throats.

God Jonathan's quote is so surprisingly deep! You never thought he would become one of the more prominent characters just by the little flashes of him in the earlier seasons! I love going back through and watching the show all over again and seeing how much small characters rose, and thinking how erverything would end as you see it all begin.

im not sure exactly what it is, but my favorite tara quote is when shes talking to willow after they've broken up, saying how people just cant get back together, it takes time, and people change, etc, "but can't we just skip all that? can't you just be kissing me now?"

@NeptunII I had often thought he was the human embodiment of the colour beige. But there was that moment in Season 5 I think, when he turns to Xander & says something like I love Buffy, she incredible, but she doesn't love me... & I suddenly realised he had known all along and was just so in love he couldn't let go even though she didn't love him back. And that really broke my heart. He knew all along, he wasn't stupid at all. Very sad & changed my opinion entirely. When that happens its awesome

The first spike one was wrong. It's longer and ends with "you're one hell of a woman."
Also I would have put in:
