Average JOE lives there. why are the streets empty? becouse, its "Un-Islamic/Arabic" tradition to loiter, and walk the streets in bakini and have street gang rouming around with grafitti. This kind of "Dubai social housing" looks more like villas and palaces though. I also think that the Dubai monarchs are very much like the ideal of the "good king" who want the best for their people not for themselves. It is a pity that in other Arabic states the leaders have not followed this ideal.

You also have to take into consideration that there are larger families in the Middle East in general, and they have extended families in each part of the villa. These houses are designed to have like two bedrooms and a hallway in 3-4 areas of the house with a door-like small apartments within it for extended family members. Not all are the same of course-to each his/her own design.

You also have to take into consideration that there are larger families in the Middle East in general, and they have extended families in each part of the villa. These houses are designed to have like two bedrooms and a hallway in 3-4 areas of the house with a door-like small apartments within it for extended family members. Not all are the same of course-to each his/her own design.
