  • @ArtisticMadness you have to be a real dumbass to think that dragons numb there mice before ingesting them. The first bite or bites is to stun , a lion doesnt leap onto a gazelle to numb it , she gives a couple bites to kill or injure it enough to eat it just like a bearded .needmydatsun makes total sense your on another planet

  • 1:00 lolol

  • lol

  • "Fat Boy ate mice until Rascal came along"... - translation, Fat Boy tasted a mouse once, and since it tasted like shit, he's never had a mouse since

  • @nybombs Are you retarded (and I mean that in a bad way)? Lizards don't care how mice "taste", that's not why they eat them. And they do eat them. And they usually (most always, in fact) love doing so. :-?

  • @ZachariasLePuertre It was a joke, way to be literal

  • it's nice to see these 2 live peacefully together.

  • thats well cute!! :L:L

  • did you feed the mouse??!

  • that dragon looks like an alligator lol !

  • thats cool, i guess he liked the mouse

  • Love it!!!

  • gay

  • how cute!

  • Snakes don't kill mice slow and painfully.. The snake bites the mouse to numb it, so the mouse feels nothing, and then the snake kills it in a matter of seconds and then eats it whole. :I

  • @ArtisticMadness what the hell are you talking about? mice dont go numb when their bitten by snakes, and yes they do die a slow painful and frightful death. trust me ive owned alot of snakes, even a 12ft morelia amethistina (scrub python), plus a kingsnake, ball pythons and corn snakes, and i can guarantee that none of the mice, rats, or guinea pigs that were eaten (alive) went numb when they were bit, ever, period.

  • Lol same happened to me. Beardie chased for a while and got his tail but gave up bc the mouse was to fast. Then 2 days later the dragon got hungry again after eating 30 crickets and some blood from the mouse's tail, mouse got his head chomped

  • so you gotta feed the mouse too now :P

  • I like when the mouse falls off the rock :)

  • thats cool.

  • Ur not supposed to feed them mice dude....

  • @Reptiledictionary225 Yes you do dumbass

  • wt hppned to his tail or it might be me

  • hes stupid or just plain not hungry

    -Jadix3679-

  • thats pretty kewl

  • Awwww! Your dragon rocks, and so does rascal! You dont though for feeding him mice. Mean ass. I DONT CARE IF THATS WHAT THEY EAT! ITS STILL MEAN!!!!

  • @LvngDedGrl666 no its not, part of nature, would you rather them die?The mice will fall victim to a snake slowly dieing horribly, while the dragon bites it once and kills it fast and non painful.

  • @phanjonathanm and no, the mouse does not die on the first bite from a bearded dragon, it may stunn it, or even paralyze it, but the dragon will most likely swallow it while its still alive, unless its chomped on for a minute

  • @needmydatsun They will most likely kill it in the first bite, they bite the head usually.

  • So later what happen during feeding????? Time.

  • Seriously never ate mouses agian? i was expecting to see him chew a mouse up!

  • this video sux man i want to see the dragon eat the prick

  • pikachu and charizard xP

  • mousey is probably dead by now :(....

  • cute, love the story

  • You know what? I'm sick of mouse!

  • Cut down on ur dragons food hes obeise.

  • Owner = a Pet Dragon, Dragon = A Pet, which also has a Pet = Mice, well can someone give the Mice another Pet?

  • I bet the mouse died or the dragon finally ate him

  • Aw. Lookit the mouse climbing on the beardie not realizing just how easily it could kill him. Guess Fatboy figured if you found him so amusing he would give the whole pet thing a shot.

  • your pet got a pet ?? :D

  • awesome! my beardy has a pet cricket! i feed crickets every day but for some reason he always stays alive and basks with him!

  • Nice video!!

  • lol thts awsome

  • wow thats amazing lol i never thought i would see that

  • hey, i'm shooting an all black gay porn next week, can i use this gay song in the soundtrack?

  • @constantlypissed LOL This comment made my life.

  • your dragon is huge looking, and somthing about him screams old wisdom

  • @hulkchicken lol

  • I reckon he just wants to get out

  • HUGE DRAGON!!! he looks freakin huge in the vid. how old is he?

  • LMAO thats gotta be the cutest thing when hes crawling on his face! i loved it :)

  • awwwwwww how cuttteeee

  • Your a retard that feeds mice for entertainment. Dragons will eat them but they prefer crickets.

Other than that, it really is amazing :D

  • @VJakeV

That doesn't make him a retard. Though, the only thing mice feeding is good for, is fattening up your lizard when it's too skinny, so I agree it shouldn't be a regular diet.

  • LOL THATS CUTE :D

  • This is awesome! I want my Dragons to have pet mice lol!....but they would just eat them....then sleep hahahahahahaha

  • @Gelified lol yeah "Hey beardies i bought u a pet mouse see isn't he so cu-........dead......" *sigh*

  • Comment removed

  • quite odd

  • thats the cutest little mouse! lol it was like sitting on the dragons head. at the start, it fell off the rock too!

  • How old is this dragon?

  • LOL I don't know why but the fist 10 secodns is kinda funny! The Cute little mouse scratching his face and stuff.

  • how long mouse live for?

  • wow im telling you the more I watch lizard vids the more I want to buy one and have as a pet, i think they are so cute!!!!

  • when fat boy gets hungry again Rascal will look delicious, you have folow up with that???? lol

  • I was hoping the dragon would eat the mouse,

    but this is too cute.

    *favorited

Btw.... What's the name of this song??

  • #FTW !

  • Oh my god, this is adorable ♥

  • this happened with my science teachers snake.. hasn't eaten this one mouse for like a month and a half.

  • mice can be realy convincing like that, my first on had a word with my oldist brother and convinced him to become vegitarian.

  • lol hehe ive seen somthing like this but with a snake. read your comment and you said he still eats i think its the same as the snake eats but not the mouse..just lives with it... now the killer q..... is the mouse still with us or did ya dragon have enough...

  • Aww, feeder mice...so stunted sometimes. That's so cute.

  • rofling started at 1:00

  • Lol mine would of ate that so fast and plus there's probably something wrong with u beardie since he didn't eat it

  • Another excellent example of interspecies 'friendship'.

  • wow that is so cute

  • haha good shit!

  • taht mouse gonna get ate

  • I'm sorry but that mouse is way to big for a beardie. Ive had four beardies in the past and I have been close friends with breeders and a exotic vet. You never give a bearded dragon anything that is larger than the width between there eyes. A pinky is the largest mouse you can feed to them.

  • @owningnoobsgood nah, it could actually eat a larger one as long as is the width inbetween its or smaller it's fine, learn you retard

  • @Basalisk172 hey dumbass why dont you read the comment. And then call a breeder and see what they say. I SAID THE WIDTH IN BETWEEN THERE EYES! Looks like your the retard that never learned how to read and interpret in school. Where did you go to school? The school for American Retards.

  • @owningnoobsgood wow i accidentaly left out the word eyes on accident, oooo i was typing to fast i know you said that but it's smaller then the witdh between the dragons eyes i was simpily correcting your mistake, you no need to bitch out about something go stroke your self about your mom like you do every night

  • 5* lol ur dragon was so chil with that mouse mine would have snapped it up the moment it got on his head

  • whats the name of this song

  • Ok, he was my dragon so I suppose I should know the most about him, huh? He ate mice ALOT larger than this one just fine, so the mouse was not too big. He continued to eat while the mouse lived with him, so obviously he was hungry. And lastly, if the mouse had hurt him in any way, it would have died at the hands of brute force. He never took crap from anyone, myself included. If you picked him up wrong and it hurt him, he'd let you know in a big way. Any questions?

  • @freakshow4761 haha like it, he was well over fed tho his tail is far to big, full of stored fat from overfeeding

  • @freakshow4761 LOL thats funny did he end up eating it ?

  • @freakshow4761 It's been about 5 years since this video. Did he ever eat the mouse or did he leave it alone?

  • @freakshow4761 You see some of these odd animal companionships every so often. It's nice to see different species do well together, but sometimes even if a predator is coexisting, the prey species may get sick from stress, not taking care of itself properly. I had a mouse who lived with my rat and slept curled up to him, but there are still dangers to that. If my mouse hadn't been so interested, my rat might have seen a scared, fleeing mouse as playing with him and been too rough.

  • now thats a way it should be, good vid

  • he/shes not eating the mouse because they dont eat meat at his/hers age. theonly eat meat during there juvinile age than they start putting more vegies into there diet untill they are strictly herbavores.

  • Beardies are omnivores all through thier lives, they always require a live food and green feeding.

  • good point

  • @phaze44X i think your dragon is cute!!! are they expensive to take care of? I love to get me one

  • That is one tolerant Dragon. I expected a bloody mess.

    Mouse = 1

    King Koopa = 0

  • aww, how cute, a companion ;D

  • dragons arent supposed to eat mice with hair

  • What? you're gonna shave the mouse before giving it to the lizard?

    dont be silly.

  • actually they eat the baby mice that are hairless. they aren't supposed to eat adult mice

  • @bethumma This depends on the Dragon. Water Dragons do eat mice with hair, sometimes small rats.

  • @bethumma And no, I don't mean Water Monitors. I mean Water Dragons, Eastern or Asian.

  • well first off im not retarded i know the difference between a monitor and a dragon

    i study herpetology

and in my original comment i was talking about bearded dragons

the video is of a bearded dragon not a water dragon so why would i be talking about water dragons?

  • @bethumma Firtsly, I never called you retarded nor did I say you didn't know the difference between a monitor and a dragon. I said that because I didn't want you to assume I didn't know the difference since I didn't specify, so do me a favor and stop being so damn sensitive, thanks. Secondly, of course you study herpetology...seems like everyone does nowadays. Thirdly, you didn't specify the which dragon you were talking about, you simply said "dragons", so I felt like commenting. Deal with it.

  • @Ch4oTiK right there with ya

  • @freakshow4761 are they still livin to gether

  • how cute

  • actually what this most likely proves is that most animals will not eat live food that has some kind of mental defect. Watch the mouse carefully, you'll see him walking with hunched hindquarters, see him fall off the rock backwards and weave sideways several times. Snakes are very similiar. I tried to feed a snake a mouse that had suffered brain damage from a fall and he refused to eat or kill it. The mouse just spun in slow circles and the snake wouldn't eat him.

  • no it just proves that the dragon wasnt hungry and that its not stupid and knows that the food item was too big for it to safely consume

  • That mouse is NOT to big for that beardie to eat.

  • @KatieJean1985 uh you can think what you won't

im not going to get into it with people over the internet

if you wanna feed your dragon mice that big go right ahead

and when it dies it will be your problem

    k bye

  • What are you talking about? A, I don't have a pet dragon and B, I said 'nothing' negative about feeding rodents to reptiles. I was merely stating my opinion that that mouse did not seem to big for the dragon to eat. That's it.

  • @bethumma... well you're entitled to your opinion by IMHO that mouse is not to big for the beardy... I've seen them eat stuff much larger.... but whatev... guess my 10 years of beardy and petshop experience means squat...LOL

  • Ohmygod, thats adorable!

    What a lucky mouse.

  • 1:03 its like "raskal ur my friend but ill bite the fuck outta u if u dont gtfo my head"

  • good vid weird

  • That's awesome. If the dragon doesn't eat mice anymore, you should get another one.

  • i woneder how they become friends =)

  • Play "Indiana Jones" with your pet mouse using a length of drainpipe

    and a cricket ball.

  • no all this video proves is that the dragon is full up lol u knw it wud get nailed otherwise tht dragons a beast fairplay fat git lool

  • iv seen somoen feed one a anol lizzard and mice are good for them they r high in protein

  • wow,

  • lol thats cute

  • dragons eat crickets

  • and do go after small rodents and lizards.

  • dragons also eat mice, but this one was probably a vegetarian.

  • I also like feeding them worms instead though... I do like feeding him crickets, but worms just last longer... I always have to keep buying new crickets.

  • i would like to believe that a reptile could have the compassion necessary to keep a pet but i honestly don't think they're "wired" that way.

  • best friends :D

  • Most beardies will try to eat anything that moves whether they should or not. that doesn't mean they should eat anything they move.

a rule of thumb is never feed anythign larger than the space between their eyes. Considering how many beardies I have its been my experience that a well fed bearde will ignore an oversized prey item.

Something that big isn't healthy for them anyway esp mice that large due to high fat.

  • evrae205

You are one wise beardy person. This dragon's probably like me, well fed and free to not eat the vegetables when there are chocolate covered toasted crickets available.

  • lol the dragon can eat anything the size of its head. let alone go for it and attempt to eat it

  • my main point is you should never feed them something that large.

  • holy cow

  • hes probly ignoring it under the simple fact that its too large of a prey item.

  • This is cute

  • My Savannah Moniter had a pet rat, it survived 1 month b4 he devoured it

  • its bad to keep rodents with your reptiles if they dont eat them right away

rodents can do way more damage than reptiles if hey arent hungry

  • i tried to give my turtle a pet mouse but it didn't work

  • just read one of the first comments: so did you train Fat Boy to walk in a leash? i think that would be really cool. too bad i only had small lizards, i would totally walk one in a leash if i had a bigger one.

  • iguanas grow huge, you could definitely walk one of those on a leash

  • well unfortunately right now i don't have the space for one, even though i'd love to. i've had a classmate who had one and everybody was turning their heads on the street. i didn't think of beardies being walked on a leash though.

  • some are bigger than medium sized dogs

  • did he eat the mouse after u had made this or did it die of old age and he left it alone?

  • lol you just expect it to open its jaws and clamp shut on the mouse at 1:02

  • No. Only if you plan on keeping them in separate cages. Beardies don't need friends, they're not cats. And baby beardies might react fine with adult beardies, but adult beardies might very well view baby beardies as food. Remember that lizards aren't people, they don't enjoy company the way we do.

  • how cute a beadies pet mouse our snake has three pet mice LOL

  • so cute

in japan theres a snake how lives with a hamster in the same cage for over 2 years already

    sometimes these things happen

  • Although it's rare, that does happen. That's cute though. :3

  • my babysiter had a snake and this one time we put a litle mouse in to eat and he left it in there for a while so then we got another he did the same thing the mice breed then we had babys and soon we had to give the mice back to the pet store beacouse he wouldent eat that mouse family!

  • what happened ???

did he eat the mouse after you had made this video ?

  • hahaha thats so awsome, i doubt he will eat him its hard to say why they wont after they met a certain mouse, maybe he was lonely, or maybes hes juust well fed

  • this is like rabbits nd fox's

if a rabbit has mixamatosis or however u spell it the fox wotn eat it

  • thats pretty cool i just got my first bearded dragons their really cool i never knew they could be as friendly as they are

  • lol, thats really wierd, maybe the mouse smells really bad or has a disease, dogs dont eat bad meat when they can tell its their

  • this is not an isolated case. lions, snakes and other animals have been known to do this. i believe it deserves more attention from the scientific community.

  • how long has the mouse been alive

  • That is one lucky mouse

  • so cute

  • This makes me happy!

  • LOL one day, rascals gonna be missing ;p

  • never seen anything like that

  • I love creed!

  • that is amazing :). so cute... so amazing , is the mousey still alive may i ask :)?

  • does rascal still live ? and so yes still with Fat Boy?

  • lmao the mouse can bite him ? spread deseases lol wtf you talking about , that is a mouse you buy in stores to keep as pets they dont spread deseases FAool !

  • any rat or mouse bite carries the big risk of causing an infection dosen't matter where it comes from

  • aww tht made me smile :)

    its sooo weired tho

just imagine a snake keeping one as a pet lmao

  • get a pet for the mouse

  • Very wierd......like ur setup.......

  • nice dragon!

  • maybe its friendship... or maybe last mouse the beardie tries to eat it bit him in the mouth as it was going down and ever since ur dragon has been afraid to eat mice.. but seriously.. u should take the mouse out... it can spread disease...infection..bite if it wanted to...and its urine will give ur beardie internal infection as well with its phesies.......take the mouse out of the cage, omg......

  • punch da mouse so he gets squeezed to death hahaha

  • dude thats not good the mouse can bite him get rid of the mouse and get a new one i bet he will eat the mouse

  • "so u have any pets?" yea i got a beared dragon, "and my beared dragon has a pet mouse" lol to cool

  • i wouldnt keep that in their cuz it might start nibblin on the beardie

  • bearded dragons all like how that hurt after th mouse starts nibbleing then like oh u look yumy never noticed u befor CHOMP lol

  • hahaha!

  • what ever happened to fatboy and rascal??

  • I thought I saw some marks on Rascals back. Did Fat Boy attack him and then change his mind? what happened? I'm fascinated by this!

  • that is sweet
