@wi11iamable It was at the East Hartford Community Cultural Center, East Hartford, CT on Feb. 8th, 2008. If you Google it you will find their website.
I'm sure this is meant as a tribute to Bob, but, to me, it comes off as a parody. It's such a wonderful song; don't try to sing like Dylan. the arrangement is great. Just don't try to sing like Bob. Please. Really.
@Truthseekerfinder If you watch some of their other videos on YT you will see that Josiah really does sound a lot like Dylan, so it's not a trying thing. They are a great band with a lot of love and respect for Bob. Hope you can see them live someday and see what I mean.
@ravensky23 That's cool, then. I wasn't trying to sound negative or anything. They really are a good, tight, imaginative band that definitely knows their stuff. No doubt about it. Hey, anybody that can pull off The Gates of Eden certainly has great taste.
Very cool music, if you are into folk or world music you may be interested in a magazine published by my husbands sister and her husband, its called Dirty Linen, they also have a web site. :)
LOL, next time I'll bring my tripod. I got the entire show, but my arms got tired of holding the camera! Helped that we were in the front row! The band are full-time musicians and tour all over the country. THye are based out of NY so we catch them several times a year. This year we are camping out for 4 days at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival in July and they will be there all 4 days too, what fun!! I hope to get my daughter and her family to camp with us too.
Used to be cool? No my friend, you ARE cool!! Glad you liked this. One of my top 10 favorite Dylan songs. I love Sharkey's lead guitar on this. Check out their touring schedule on their website. They'll likely play near you someday soon!
I liked it. Especially the lead guitar

Entirely devoid of the serious threat and ominousness of the original. The minor chords sap the threaat from the song, and the tempo is way too slow.
