You should post a video just playing single bar chords and then open chords in first position with distortion, or something really basic like that. It sounds like you could be hitting unintended strings or more likely every single one of those guitars is really out in terms of intonation. I would tune them up electronically then play each string at the 12th fret and see how different the note might be, then adjust the saddles back/forward on each string and retune until they were the same note!
