When I first heard this, I thought "Is that an unconscious rip off of Japan`s Nightporter"? It sounds like its played, not sampled, unless its pitched up and effected, and it soon diverts from the original melody, but did David Sylvian of Japan get any royalties for this? By the way, I love this track.

The way see it is hardcore up to 1992 then it when 3 ways happy hardcore, jungle and techno. Then around 1994/5 jungle went into D&B,jungle and the start of speed garage. Happy hardcore pretty much stayed the same but the BPM got faster. Lets all be honest WHO CARES a tune is a tune no matter what genre.

I interviewed Ray Keith at his home about a month ago. Ray told me that this track was wrote in around 4hrs. WOW. Ray also played us 4/5 new riddims he's produced, just wait for that shit to drop. OH SHIT!!! It's straight fire!!.

The originators are coming back with a vengeance. Andy-C, DJ Hype & Ray Keith are all back in the studio. FKIN SICK!!!

The B-line in this track is an instantly recognisable classic, but there were lots of drum and bass tracks that came out before this track that were better imo eg - most of the stuff DJSS produced on formation. I never thought Ray Keith was a great producer really, he always stuck to the same basic edited and kinda lazy amen in his tunes. Nevertheless this track works and I would never doubt it's appeal or deny it's place in the D&B hall of fame! Thanks for the upload :-)
