The "Space Jockey" from the first movie, is based in the Anunnaki and this new movie will depict how this race engineered the humans and terraformed Earth. In the script, they used a primitive form of the original alien creature to "clean up" planets before colonization.

However weird this is going to sound but I doubt that its a plasma creature. If you look at it and pause during the slow motion view, it looks more like a person inside wearing armor or has spiked shoulders. It would definitely be alien still but I would say it is more solid than liquid.

Again with the oddity, not saying this is the case, but for anyone who has seen DBZ and watched the whole "power up" sequence where a ball of light surrounds the person, it resembles that in a way.

Agree. That silhouette inside the light seems pretty solid to me. And definitely doesn't have a humanoid shape. The first thing that came to my mind when I saw this video, was the alien creature of Ridley Scott and the one of "The Experience" movie. Very weird shape and it seems to have a lot of arms. HOLY SHIT! A few days back when i was at soccer training ( sydney australia) I saw the same Like in the distance really bright big yellow lights. They wernt really moving so they cudnt be planes or choppers. Then they got smaller and bigger and were moving very slowly every now and again. So it cudnt have been a star. Idk
