@hugeackman I don't agree. Before I had seen the trailer I was expecting a genuine leap forward in CGI and motion capture, but when I did finally see the trailer I thought it just looked like a video game.

@arbide3 well, there were scenes in avatar where you could see individual pores and light affecting neytiri's [sp?] mouth, so you could see blood vessels in her cheeks when she screams on top of her pterodactyl thing, not to mention the huge bomber ship with the dragon things swooping in looked amazing. in terms of film concept primer is wonderful, ava-tar is ava-rage.

@hugeackman Ok, avatar was a development but I was expecting a quantum leap in terms of CGI but was dissapointed, and on an intellectual level I thought it was just a kids movie. Also I was comparing it to Aliens and the first two Terminators which I think are great movies.
