It is just impossible to fault your tutorials. I have learnt so much from them. Suggestion: The one thing I would have liked at the end was a summary of everything so I could have been reminded of the workflow without having to back track. Just a thought.
Great tutorial! I can work PS pretty well, but you really amped up my knowledge!!! i like that you repeat yourself on some of the shortcuts. It helps ingrain (in-brain) it. Thanks. Had a problem on your site though...not loading right.

u explain everything extremely good thanx idk u will or not read the comment but plz explain about the powder action i dont get it i mean is it like layers and different for everyone or like the brushes? i mean can i use the same powder action for every pic? ANYWAY THANX SO FAR UR TUTORIALs ARE GREAT
This whole tutorial has been awesome. Just did the entire tutorial with an old discarded portrait and now it shines. Thank you so much, PhotoMama. Keep it coming :-)
Momma, all I can say is; BRAVO. Perfectly explained, answered all my questions in the video. BRAVO, BRAVO. Keep up the GREAT work. Help us make the world a better looking place. LOL.
Master file should be in RGB mode because it is more device independent and a larger color gamut than CMYK. If your master is in CMYK and you have to repurpose to a different CMYK printer, your embedded profile will not be optimized for the new output. I use Camtasia Studio and have a video in my channel that shows my settings.
Thank you and everyone for all the encouragement and support. I do love doing these and it's a blessing to me to hear from so many that what I love to do is actually helping others learn a lot more about the program.
Thank you Mama Shan! You are truly amazing. Thank you for teaching us newbies such powerful techniques. I wish I looked as good as your techniques make my portrait look!!
Just finished with the whole tutorial. Ill try to do it on my own image and will show you im done with it. It looks easy if your the one teaching. Hope i can follow everything you do in this tutorial. In our language i say MARAMING SALAMAT! (Thanks a lot) and MABUHAY! GOD SPEED...
So good to hear how each of you has learned. Thanks for letting me know. Be wise and prosper with love in the new Year! Thank you all, so much, for tuning in!
Just applied this series to some photo's I took and I must say the the difference is quite stunning. Great tutorials, easy to understand and follow. Been doing photoshop for a couple of years and this is one fun glamour series..thanks for taking the time to put this series together and sharing your talents....Aloha~
Perhaps you've mistakenly entered Quick Mask Mode or have a mask selected or a single channel or have mistakenly converted to grayscale mode.
All of the above only let you paint with shades of gray, black or white. Don't get confused for masking that's what it is. White reveals correction/color black conceals!
woohoo just watched all of them from 1a! a great series, i just wante to know... u mentioned that u are an adobe certified expert or sumthing... can u become that in australia? im 13 yrs old and studying multimedia at university would be my dream.
Thank you Photoshop Mama with your tutorials all the way from the UK.
I have loved your tutorials since they are the clearest tutorials I have come across and WITHOUT background music, which is a bonus.
I really do appreciate the fact that you'd used an ordinary mouse instead of a Wacom. I am one the unfortunate people who didn't get a Wacom in my stocking for Xmas.
Thank you once again. I have been a novice to Photoshop but no longer.
Yeah, sharing techniques for using the mouse probably has a more universal appeal...but you can't beat having a Wacom when you're doing painterly effects or drawing!
Wow!!! I've been watching your videos and even using Photoshop 7, I can use many of the tips that you show. Your very clean pronunciation makes the video so nice to be watched and easy understanding even for English not native speakers like me. Thank you a lot.

A sincere thank you for all your help.

Thank you so much for this. I have been working with Photoshop for a few years now and you have taught me a lot of new things I never knew.
I use a lot of duplicate layers and had no idea how to use the curve until now. ;) I was doing it the hard way all this time.
Thanks!!!
