I very close. I find it easier to wall run then wall climb then do all of ovendonkey's steps. The wall climb then turn then wall run is not that hard once you figure it out... I highly recommend you look up ovendonkeys other video on "Speed run tutorial on heat" (not exact title but something like that) and it explains in depth a little more on how to wall climb and turn and get up a taller building that you usually wouldnt be able to get up.

man i got halfway up and then turn out of the wallrun and jump and it does some weird sidestep, i find it easier without the reaction time somehow

@ISetYourFaceOnFire I got this game in November of 2008 when it came out. I got my first world record maybe like 2 months after that. I haven't played this game in like 7 months though. I kinda gave up once people figured out how to cheat on PS3

@ovendonkey186 I trust you don't cheat right. I mean it seems in all of your videos you have actually put time and effort into finding quicker routes rather than cheating. I honestly didn't know you could cheat on the ps3 version i thought only on pc :S Even though people can cheat now your always going to be known as the best player of mirrors edge on ps3. cheating or not.

@ISetYourFaceOnFire No, I don't feel right doing that kind of thing. And the PS3 cheats are not as bad as PC's. On PC people use speedhacks and teleportation mods to get ridiculous times. On PS3 and 360 there's a glitch you can do that lets you jump extremely long distances without dying. I won't lie, the glitch is very hard to pull off and it takes a lot of skill, but it's still pretty much cheating. It's now impossible to get a world record time without using it, so I stopped trying

WOW. Props man, this was amazingly well done. I'm a glitcher myself, but this is a HUGE glitch. It kinda makes you wonder if the creators purposely put it there...Would they really put buildings that far out of the playable level just for scenery? (Before the last buildings right next to playable area)

That would be cool. The only problem is that the city would be really bland and boring, none of the really interesting building like in this game. And the game would take a few more years to develop since it would be so huge

well i believe that players will eventually get over the blandness of the city and concentrate on the many combos you can do.

my idea was that the detail would load more and more as you got closer to certain things. meaning that from a distance, the city is bland, but up close it's detailed. :D

ive been thinking that... you can see the door holes in many places in Mirrors Edge (tho in places you are suppose not to get in) so could it be that some backround buildings are a diffrerend building shapes copied as backround? if you understad what im saying

Yeah, I found out after I made this that if you wallrun kick at just the right angle you can make it over there. There isn't anything there though
