@zirus111 This is how it goes: The games came out like this, Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo Reach. In Halo 2 the humans befriended the elites to survive so they became an alliance. But Halo Reach took place before Halo 1 and the rest, and in Halo 1 they were hostile so in Reach they are also hostile.

@corvette334 I see where you are coming from. Master Chief was already in Cryo on the Pillar of Autumn while Jun was finding Cortana with Noble Team. Plus they are of a different rank, Jun I believe was a Lieutenant, which is much, much lower than Master Chief Petty Officer. Plus they sound totally different and fight differently, being as Jun is a Scout / Sniper and the Master Chief is almost like everything. IDK for sure but I believe there may be more surviving SPARTANS.

The other Spartans I referred to were the 300 Spartans.

Master Chief defeated the covenant by killing the Prophet of Regret because of the knowledge that Noble Six lacked, thereby "dividing the house."
