I'm not trying to be mean...I am just wondering why. I take the train into Manhattan everyday and all I hear is loud Dominicans. I am just wondering why they are so loud. Is that so bad? It doesn't make sense to me. Why do people have to annoy other people when they can talk quieter. I am just wondering that's all.
