I just bought one of these and was looking for some help on how to use it but this video did not do that. Surely Elinchrom could produce something far better for its customers. The user manuals are not much help either.

Hi Chris, this video needs a re shoot. When discussing the features of the pack the camera should be close up on the pack not at a distance. WE can not see what you are doing with the buttons, a complete waste of time. You may as well be talking to my hand because the head "ain't listenin". This guy is NOT a teacher, a professional teacher would not put their students through this style of teaching, we have moved on.

I have to Say Chris, That I would get a professional presenter to do these. To do this you need charisma... even a bit.. This vid got to over a minute before you even started talking about the subject.... The sound was just plain awful. Lighting not much better....These are amazing lights. They'll sell themselves if you make them big onscreen and have some enthusiastic voice explaining what they do.. .

You need the unit and book in front of you - if there is anything you do not understand. It is not sales advert and having met Chris he explained a lot more to me personally at one of the many trade show he attends.

I find it amazing that a guy describing lighting equipment is so badly lit, I have the Quadra and watched this video to learn more, unfortunately I feel that I may have lost knowledge. Come on guys your company catering for professionals, be more professional!!!

I'm really interested in this lighting set, sadly I couldn't watch the video for more than 20 seconds because of the absolutely terrible sound quality.

Rather than a more powerful unit, I think perhaps a lithium battery version, similar to that used in the Hensel Porty Lithium, would be a more valuable trait if it could provide lighter weight and/or 300 or 400 flashes vs. 150 flashes. The video falls short in really pointing out the advantages of this unit in a practical sense, which is a real shortcoming considering how great this piece of kit really is.

This is terrible, terrible editing!!! you need more close ups of the controls on the Quadra whilst he's instructing,(there should have been 2 cams instead of one) big let down. Those superimposed controls that pop up to the right of the screen are not in anyway helpful.

This guy HAS to be a teacher, I couldn't focus on anything he said, because he rushed through it and it was very boring. It didn't make me any smarter on the Elinchrom Ranger Quadra, because he just babbles on and flips through the different choices and just mentions the name of the option. Well, i guess I had to have one in front of me to understand, OR I had to understand it from the beginning to know what he talked about. And then i wouldn't hae to watch the video in the first place.
