  • look's great even if I don't like the falcon body.u do how ever have the grind I have..so that's good for me nice job...:)

  • dude where did u get the rainbow seat covers plzzzzzzz........ tell me im building a 57 plymouth and ive always wanted those same covers

  • My God, your a true insperation to car restorers out there. Congrats on the new car.

  • Better forgotten, What a POS. Pig with lipstick....

  • no offence but who the hell crashes into a pole?? i''ve been driveing scence 14 NO CAR CRASHES SO FAR>DUMB ASS COPS>I'VE DROVE 58.9 MILES @ 1 TIME.

  • @jigsaw5597

Apparently you didn't see that it was a broken steering rod that caused him to wreck in to a pole. Maybe you should watch the vid all the way through before making yourself look like a dumb ass.

  • fix the Stang.......falcon can wait!

  • ya i got a 1961 ford falcon in my back yard i have had since i was 15 i got it and done a lil work to it and now its in the back yard and it just sits there bc i cant afford the parts to fix it and i was going to sell it but noone wanted to pay the price for it its a souther car and has ever lil rust on it and its a two door and its got some nice rims on iy to but just wanted to talk about it just a lil so if u know anything about how to get parts for a 61 falcon thats a two plz let me know need

  • Love the 4 doors? I am debating on a 2 door or 4 door. I have 2 baby girls and while the 2 doors look cool. Getting the family in it would be a different story. Car seats are more back breaking work than hoisting an engine.

  • glad u got out alive bro!

yeah to bad for ya ride,.

but the new one cool to,.

  • sad to see her like that mate thats a really nice shape

  • sad to see her like that mate

  • You got dedication bro.

I REALLY applaud that. Good work and good job! I am sure you are having a blast doing the work/transformations and throwing your heart into the car.

  • 61 with a 63 front clip! :-)

  • Makes me proud to see someone not giving up and putting their heart and soul into a car they love. I have a 61 comet which is the same as the falcon, and if mine was wrecked i know i would do the same. Keep up the good work.

  • that mustang deserves attention...fuck a falcunt.

  • ditch the 4 door falcon and work on that mustang

  • how big was that pole its like you ran over a bear

  • to bad man. some people would say if it was a holden it would be ok but that bullshit

  • Hi... I same as other youtubers have already said: I'm truly glad you're still alive. It's a real miracle! You see the dashboard and steering wheel and you get to think the worse...

I'm from Argentina. Did you know that Falcon was produced here until 1992? Some in and out items were changed or modified... but you could see a Falcon until the very end of production!

BTW: what's the name of the first song in this video? Is it by Duane Eddy?

    Greetz

  • Nice work on your car. Not a 61 though. 62 or later. Grill is different on a 61.

  • @july66dave It is a '61 with a '63 front, (grill, fenders, hood and bumper) the rest is a '61, but the second car it a '62 with a '63 grill.

  • hi im loking at getting the same car i was wondering how much you bought the first car for and how much u put into it. if you dont mind saying. thanks

  • funny looking 61

  • you know my first car was a '60 Falcon. all original, unrestored, bought from the second owner with only 153,000 miles. it broke down pretty regularly as parts were deteriorated (they guy i bought it from didnt drive it hardly ever), but it was always so fun to fix, and easy too (except the tranny lol). i had it for 2 years and the engine finally went. i sold it cause i couldn't afford to fix it. i miss it every day, and that was 10 years ago... excellent video/story. good luck with the new one.

  • 45-50? miles?

  • 1.Should buff straight out...2.Why didn't the air bag deploy?...3.Shitbox

  • yeah that pole pretty much fucked her.

  • Butt ugly interior. A 4door?,,,lmao

  • I,m 15 and Seeing that falcon crashed breaks my heart beacause my mother had one years back like that. BUT maybe it was fate that the death of the first falcon was the last chance for your new falcon to feel the road again. I have the the highest respect for a falcon lover. i love all american cars from 1932-1963 but hate new cars. And feel the same way about music.

Well wonderful video!!! keep me imformed on the progress on it thanks!!

  • what year was that mustang in the background?

  • VTEC just kicked in yo!

  • ford love.

  • a tear of sadness was shed....then a tear of happiness

  • Yeah, but the thing is,Fords are like they've been written off even when they're new!

  • Very safe car :\

    You had luck :)

  • thats alot of damage for only 45.looks like your lucky to be walking around

  • i admire your dedication, i probably woulda just cried and given up, lol. good work man.

  • what a dumbass.

  • Ford falcons sprint were not in the usa,,,,, but those some machines man

  • 5:50, whats up with the mustang behind it?

  • That wasnt my car and i was crying T.T

  • this time, make sure your steering rod is working.

what happened to the original? parted out?

  • hey man sorry about the wreck I was wondering about how much money you poured into the car, engine wise then body wise, I got one as payment for some work I did but the damn thing's so bad it needs loads of work, sooo I got me a project car now and was panning for advice?

  • wait did your steering rod break cause the wreck?

  • Very insperational. Never give up. I'm building a 57 chevy 4 door right now. No 2 doors around at a decent price. Mine has a origional 283 3 speed on tree with 53,000 miles. Body will need loads of work. 'Good luck

  • "OUTSIDERS" puro SAT, TX falcons are bad ass, i have one myself..1963 hard top,sedan..

  • Your original was nice. The new one is geting there. I got a 63 wagon. Its a love hate relationship.. But always seems love is stronger than the hate.

  • sad then inspirational

  • te entiendo hermano yo tengo 23 años y desde los 15 años de edad restaure un ford grand marquis 1984 y choque y destrose el frente y estoy arreglandolo pues yo amo ese carro

  • Oh no! I would just die if my '61 got wrecked. So many good memories! One day, I hope to have it restored and looking as nice as yours did/do. :-)

  • great car man nearly teared up watching the wreck pics i know whats it like going through something like that new car looks good keep it up.

  • Nice ride! I hope you replaced all of the steering components on this one.

  • i have a 2 door for you just waiting to get rebuilt ... its all there no motor or tranny ,but you have all that still?? Very cheap for you i feel bad for you and all the work you put into that car ....

  • nice job very good body work, im proud of you who ever you are you have a big heart, keep the love of your rear bird she will never let you down!

  • you are very lucky you was in that falcon rather then being in a newer car you would not have servived the accident new car won't take that kind of abuse,

  • im gettin a ford falcon it will be my first car i cant wait to get it :)

  • dude dont get it as your first car there is a high chance you will wreck it and then when it is wrecked there is one less classic car in the world treat it good and never ever treat it like shit like you get pissed off then you go 120 then boom you fucking wreck treat this car with respect

  • this was such a heart warming video, that really shows the passion between a man and his car!

  • nasty crash bro. but its awesome to see u pick ya lip up and do it again. inspiration mate.

  • Awesome video. I was crushed when the aftermath of the crash was shown, then elated when 'This Magic Moment' played, and a new car was shown. I've had three 65-66 Mustangs....I can relate. Great video!

  • hey what kind of black was that matte or flat black

  • Sorry to hear about the first bird. . .but wow! What a great story!

  • Hey man this was awesome!! I'm sorry you lost your first one but thats great you got another one going.

I my self have a 1960 and i swear my plans for it are exactly like yours...and this is my first time seeing yours :D Its cool to get to see what mine is going to look like..the only thing im going to do diff is make the red stripe a bit smaller and make it only on the top body line.

  • what a waste. so how drunk were u?

  • beautiful photo story. if you love the car she can always be rebuilt even if not in the same body. but in spirit. i should know. i'm doing the same after my car was trashed after a party. word of the wise. designated drivers SUCK!!!!

  • geeze your lucky by the look of that could have been alot worse

  • i love falcons!!! i have a 68 it was my first car.. still have it :D she is just a little bit ugly .. showing her age ..and was in a few accidents before i got her...:(

  • i had a falcon once but had to sell it because it was getting old and needed work like a paint job and other things. we didn't have the money for it so sadly i had to let it go. it was a 1965 ford falcon and was silver. my dad and i owned it together.

  • Falcon is a lifely legend in argentina like the comment before. You have a great car! that make me feel really bad.I know the sacrifice to restaured a car whit this performance but i feel glad to know you don't give up and you survived.I'm ford falcon's fan.I've got a 1971 deluxe-221sprint engine. If you got to my profile page, take a look to my videos.

  • In Argentina the Ford Falcon is a legend

  • MAN that really sucks i hate seeing cars wrecked like that i own a 1972 for mustng grande and a 1966 coupe mustang and a 1955 ford cuztomeline and a 2006 mustang well i got in a wreck with my 2006 stupid azz hit me with a boat trailer at 50 mph but im glad to c u builet another car

  • thats a beautiful classic mate! its such a sad thing to see her all banged up! i live in australia and i have a 1965 XP Wagon and a 1964 XM Sedan! if you go to my profile page by clicking on my name you will see the wagon! the XM is still a project at the moment im still yet to put it on youtube, they are both running a 170 persuit the wagon is all original and the XM has a worked engine, the body, interior and running gear still needs a lot of work! 12 months she should be on the road!

  • well mate if the 460 is a windsor drop her in!!! other wise the 351 will bolt straight up!! you will need to find a v8 conversion kit!

  • anyone know if you can drop a 351 windsor i none of these?

  • yeah mate you can drop any Windsor in these falcons, i recommend the 289 Windsor they were a much better engine you can find one out of a mid to early 60s mustang!

  • I got a 460 and a 351

  • to bad for the car but good that you survived. i have a ford falcon 1961 got it from my father when i was 6 i'm 16 now =) btw from sweden so i'cant drive it leagely =P

  • Hey there, Cool video, I noticed you put it down a a 1961 Ford Falcon, But both cars in the pictures are 62 & 63 Falcons, with 63 Front ends. The black one had 61 taillights though. I had pretty much the same wreck with a 63 Falcon Station wagon. I own a Custom Shop up here that I buid Falcons. Take a look at my video I just posted of some of my cars. Cheers for now.

  • Sorry about the wreck, too bad about the car, but glad you're okay. Looks like you're off to a good start with the "new" one. I have a '61 wagon and a '64 sedan...we love our Falcons!

  • Well Done ,great video !!! so sad to see your falcon smashed after all your hard work ,glad to see you made it out alive too .Good luck to you and your future projects ,keep those old falcons alive ,they are the coolest cars !!!!

  • Muy lindo laburo!!! Aguanta Ford Falcon for ever

  • When they brought that model falcon to Aus. they fell to bits on out crap roads so theres not many left here. Had a friend rebuilt a 68 falcon only to have it wrecked 1 week after getting it on the road when another car hit him causing him to roll 4 1/2 times

  • does it have the stock 144cid inline six??

  • in 1961 you can get either the 144 as standard or the 170 as a option.

  • I know, i just wondered if this one had the 144 or 170.

  • cuanto te salio el dentista?? How many pay the dentyst??

  • Que cruel!!

Consider not only beauty on you bird also add safety items and good upgrades on susp components.

  • fuck man good thing you're still alive bro. good work! you should check out my 61' its for sale.. just give an idea of how much she's worth.

  • You are a real trooper to re-restore your Falcon.I know that you salvaged as many parts off the first car as you could,so hopefully you have a lot of spares. You're one dedicated cat!!Hope you have this one forever! Good luck!

  • Man, i almost cried when I saw that wreck.

  • Ya me too!!!! ; (

  • Fuck man that falcon was so sweet !! you are very lucky to be alive... im so sorry about that old ford, but all the people who owns a falcon knows what a falcon means, you did a great work on both cars !! Good luck ! i have some videos of my falcon in my youtube. bye !

  • para los que les gusta el falcon...esto es ser un verdadero FANATICO del falcon...la verdad se la re banco el chabon...desde aca le deceo suerte xD :P

  • Wow, Man. That is a massive wreck. I know the feeling of fixing up a falcon, and having a wreck with it, But nothing like what you had. You are very lucky to be alive, though it seems you lost some teeth in the process! Sorry to see/hear about your other car, glad ytou made it out, and welcome back to the world of falcon ownership!
