The progress must be quite slow and will probably take forever to finish. and In the end even if it does finish nintendo would either have come up for a better game with 3DS or ekaiyo will be forced to close down just like Pokemon world online

There's plenty of good reasons for the first demo not to be out after more then 4 years. First off, There's only a hand full of people working on a 3D Pokemon MMORPG, secondly, for the first version they need all of the kanto pokemon models finished, they have quite a few finished, but not all of them.

If it was successful, Nintendo would take it down and make their own. Not sure if they'd sue when no money is being made, but if ekaiyo asks for donations to help servers and stuff, even though it's necessary to keep it running for free, Nintendo WILL sue if it gets successful.

First of all, I'm not a kid, I'm an adult. Now then, let's see. They re-opened the project about a year ago AND switch to a whole different programming language. They already have some preproduction screen-shots up for everyone to see. They can't produce the game as fast as other companies could because they're working with a few people from around the world. It's really a community project, so the more people that join and are active, the more modelers and such that there are to contribute

You can't think of the progress as so many models done a week or anything. as time progresses, more and more people add stuff and it snowballs into a playable game. They weren't working on the game at all for a while. And now, there's more and more progress. Already, the Alpha's pretty close. And they don't need all pokemon models to release the game. Probably, they'll release Kanto as soon as the original 151 are done. They don't even need all 151 to either since it will take a while to evolve

i really hope that you can't catch those really hard legendary pokemon, like the 3 guys hojo sent down or even hojo himself, or we will just have a bunch of little kids with legends acting gay.(or mewtwo,mew, and any other that cant be caught. there should also be expansions,like the first island where pallet is and only 150 known pokemom. You also have level requirments for a gym like the first one is level 15-20 or something like that.

Legendary's are going to be incredibly hard to get, and pricey to get too. You can't just 'catch' them in Ekaiyo. There's much more to do than that.

And, there will be many places to start. Kanto, Johto, etc. Each one will have it's respective Pokemon, and possibly others (Unsure on that.) After beating One of the leagues, you can go to the next place, where the gyms will be stronger, and you'll have to defeat that league as well.

Unless they've changed this since the last time I've checked...
