  • acting...while they riding that.....different kind of expression....no need to scream..just stand still....Awsome

  • Anyone got a bit dizzy after watching it? heheh

  • I was at Thorpe Park yesterday. Went on this ride for the sole reason of Big Train. :D Brilliant!

  • Bahahah... this has always been one of my favourite Big Train sketches.

  • Absolute genius.

  • haha funny!

    best thing i ve watched!

i guess the humor of this sketch is that rides like these are seated in way that it looks like people are having press conference. and everyone is serious when the ride starts. of course after that they start enjoying.

  • Love it. There's a similar sketch set in an undertakers where Kevin Eldon is dealing with a widow whilst 2 other undertakers ( mark and simon ) are playing table tennis. Can't find it on here, does anyone know if it's on you tube??

  • so wacky its close to the stuff chris morris did in jam, although not quite as dark!

  • I agree with you, cant understand why people have given you a thumbs down

  • Mate i LOVE Brass Eye and The day today

  • @christschinwon Graham Linen who wrote this used to write for Brasseye and the day today so that's probably why there are similarities.

  • lrn2surrealism.

  • Little Britain's that way, next to 8 out of ten cats and mock the week.

  • This ride always makes your balls feel nice. Look at the facial expressions on all the blokes, they clearly are enjoying it.

  • @Ayersy87 I thought i was the only one who got that.

  • @redman8903 I'm fairly certain it's the only reason the ride is still there.

  • LOL so retarded go pegg i dont know how nobody can laugh at this while filming ;D

  • the woman writing in the front row of the press really looks like she's concentrating on not vomiting...

  • i remember from listening to the dvd commentary that its actually the guy sitting behind simon pegg who they were most concerned about

  • i heart this...

  • so blatently just an excuse for them to go to thorpe park lol XD great sketch

  • Very Chris Morris, and very funny!

  • i get dizzy watchin this!

  • same! i dunno why! haha i guess its just watching everyone move, i start swaying. :P

  • I was waithing for an random person to take the hands in the air! XD But it was kinda funny anyways XD hahaha!

  • bizarre. still quite funny though.

  • This is IMHO their best scetch. This one requiers idea.

  • This is IMHO their best scetch. This one requiers idea.

  • he looks like nicholas angel in training here :P

  • Well he is the guy from hot fuzz and shaun of the dead.

  • haha thats remarkable.

    full marks for randomness!

  • i felt sick just watching that

i hate those pirate ship rides

they scare the hell out of me

    funny skit though

  • ever since my dad lost a hat on one of those rides I have been suspicious of them..

  • how random can this show get?

    i love it!

  • Thorpe Park is in Surrey.

  • Wheres Thorpe park.?

  • holy heck. i knew big train was surreal, but this takes the biscuit. brilliant...

  • I totally agree, that was so bizarre but I loved it! I just can't imagine how many takes it might have taken to take that one shot, I'd have been in stitches throughout!

  • Lmao..!

I love the way they carry on as if it's normal,

    Ahaa xD

  • lool I just feel off my chair while watching this.

  • wot the hell is this?

  • young simon pegg in a police costume looks wierd lol

  • I have a SUDDEN and UNCONTROLLABLE urge to ride on that stupid boat. I MUST EXPERIENCE IT IMMEDIATELY!

  • Jesus Christ, I've bloody been on that ride at Thorpe Park! Excellent! :D

  • i know that's what I was thinking, i could have sat where julia davis sat! she's brilliant

  • /puke

  • I love that ride.

  • This is so funny, and I don't even know why. I was laughing through out the whole thing.

  • That's true, the second series was so hit and miss. But when they hit the mark, oh, was it good!

  • So true...I think their simplest sketches like this one are the best...take an ordinary situation, but mess with the presentation, and you get a sure recipe for hillarity. Trouble is you have to mix them in with other sketches, or it becomes predictable and monotonous. This sketch rocks, though.

  • a brilliant technique, when they get it right they are the equal of any comedy, thanks for posting
