@TheAztecsFan That's the one! And while I do notice a SMALL improvement in taste when I make the batter from scratch, I don't think it's enough to give up the add-water-and-mix expediencey of the AJ mix. :-)
I know I should read the blog to find out for sure but I do hope you are getting all the use and enjoyment you had hoped from having the kitchen finally up and running as you wanted it. I'm finally disintering my library after a number of years and it is so good to have regained access to my collection. It's been nothing but trouble and I still havn't found my final solution but I'm so much closer to having the home I've wanted for myself for so long.
I really like that you are making more use of your youtube channel. I've been using a packaged batter of late but your batter looks so white. When I make pancakes from scratch I made what I call dutch pancakes without baking powder so then are flat and dense. they are supposed to be small around the size of an eisenhauer dollar coin but I made them as large as I could.
is this the aunt jemima complete mix that you use in the video? If not, it would be very friendly of you to tell me your recipe :-)
