Not sure why Alex changes the solo at 2:51 to 3:03 from the album version. I know the album version was originally recorded by Pitrelli and its fast, but Alex can handle the speed and changes. Tristian Avakian, who replaced Alex during the 2003 tour did a great job on this song. Not sure why Alex isn't playing it note for note.
I don't think it's a problem, this one sounds good too! Variety in concert is a good thing, I think it can be preferable to hear something a little bit less familiar than what you already know about a song.

Eh, Im a bit of a purist when it comes to replicating the album track. I see your point though.
