True that hotshotvq35, are you on the forums? Look me up, I'm under Saylee. But yes back to 3.5 swaps, there was a guy on the org who was trying to custom fit a 6 speed tranny onto his vq30 and I want so say he was using a sentra SER spec v tranny.. He has a blog on it, hopefully he gets it complete and running but he does mention Alot of welding and cutting tranny mounts to make place for the new ones.

A six speed??? Really? What tranny did you get to mate up to your VQ that has a six speed gearbox? 300Z maybe? The reason I ask is cuz I just did an engine swap on my 96 GLE. JWT cams, OBX long runner headers, SS magnaflow all the way back to a magnaflow muffler. Injen CAI. NGK plugs etc. I wanna six speed too. I have an auto-tragic. But it does have LSD so auto-magic. Just so you know LSD = positraction, both wheels spin when i step on it. Not drugs.

6 spds were available starting with the 02 maxima, and IIRC went up to 06. if you are looking for one, make sure you get the HLSD

@HotShotVQ35, Right. But uh is this guy sayin he has done a 3.5 swap in an A32? Hence the title of this vid. For some reason i thought he had just mated a 6 speed tranny to a VQ3.0. I was like How the fu*ck would that work. Are the bell housings the same? I kinda doubt the bolt pattern would be the same. Cut and TIG maybe?

a bunch of guys on the maxima forums did the A32 3.5swap. IIRC, most use their existing 5spd, it bolts right up. there is even a guy who put a 3.5 in an a31 chassis!

17" ssr with dr on the front. Bought the car with engine swap, 6 speed swap takes time. I also bought the car with the stillen kit but took off the front lip.

what size rims are those and was it a hard swap im planning on doing it soon once i find the engine for a good price
