  • i,m a manual collector.i hate this vid.

  • What about ohms, homes?

  • Is a 4ohm house-amp bad for a 8-16ohm house-stereo? And how low are the ohms on that Pioneer-Receiver?

  • I think the phrase "tell me something I don't know" fits well here

  • All the imputs for speakers there, i never seen anything like that before. Are they screw ins and can you make a video explaining on what to do and how to hook up speakers to them. I have only dealt with phono plugs for speakers and wire in hole with the clamp moves up to close it in kind of terminals.

  • @chadergeist the red knobs for speaker wire either twist left or right or they pull out for the wire to push into the hole. you should be able to figure that part out

  • um what if the first thing u do is throw that manual away?

  • That's very correct: It's all about In & Out !!

  • These videos are geared towards beginners. If you don't think you will benefit from the videos. You can simply not watch them.

  • I need to run multiple sound files for different rooms in our haunted house, what do I need to get this done? I think it should be possible to do it all of one computer, I just don't know how to go about it.

  • What?! We have to read??? :O

  • You guys are fucking idiots. Read the manual...no fucking shit sherlock!

    Inbred Retard Village!

  • Hahahaha VCR

  • cut the guy a lil slack, theres guys just getting into stereo electronics.

  • Thanks for Vid, I want to have 1 HDMI cable to my TV but my bluray dvd player only has 1 HDMI connection and my Cable converter has only 1 HDMI connect as well. What would be the solution for this without introducing another item to connect into to get the one HDMI to my TV? Hope I was clear.

  • my question is i have a boston setup with the boston amp but i cant connected can you help me please

  • this guy sucks so bad it didnt help me for shit

  • I still can't figure out how to hook up my xbox to the surround sound. Or how the front aux video/audio connection would transmit video. I bought all types of cables and still can't figure it out. The manual is useless!

  • this was then in 2008 and he says that blu ray was no out, that is slow

  • and not to mention, the user manuals are completely useless, who do they write these things for??!!? god damn tech guru's ??!!

  • amps are insanely complex, anyone who says other wise is just lying these things can take months of tweaking..just when you think youve got it, you learn something new and you have to make an adjustment, which then affects something else unexpected, and then if theres are problem, you dont know if its your tv, amp, blu ray player/ dvd player, xbox/ps3 or whatever lol

  • how did that help?

  • you might as well been speaking another language

  • "Is the audio leaving, or is the audio coming in?"

    -"Expert" Reggie Hayes

  • No info video. Receivers are overrated anyways. I use my HP m8300n computer to do what a receiver does plus everything that it can't such as streaming 1080p movies from pc to tv, entire computer displayed on tv while using wireless logitech keyboard with mouse pad, using pc as DVR, using bluray/dvd drives, 500watts logitech speakers and a lot lot lot more....and the best part is....only one 9 feet long cable needed. well hidden dvi to hdmi cable from PC to tv. Receivers r for NOOBS.

  • how the hell did you manage to talk for almost 3 mins without saying anything. i might as well have gone to a bowl of jello for help you useless sack of shit.

  • Could someone please tell me What Receiver that is?

  • deberia estar en español para america latina

  • 2:01 lmfao hahaha

"is it leaving or coming in. u figure it out u dumb bastards" lmao

  • so from my ps3 it connects to the receiver and from the receiver to the hdtv using hdmi cables. thats how its going to work?

  • u drunk?

  • What goes up, must go down.

What goes in, must go ......

    Omg your a R Tard !

  • Larry the cable guy. Lol.

  • Comment removed

  • fucking useless. he talks alot and says fuck all....tumbleweed hick mother fucker.

  • lol

  • u suk

  • Worst thing I have witnessed. get this guy off the internet.

  • hey dude i m not experts on audio system but the way u teaching in this video makes me more doubt, make sure next time learn some before making video like these.

  • not even remotely helpful at all

  • ya i like what he says at the end thats preaty much it for recievers hahahaha not even fuckin close this video is garbage it helps in no way shape or form

  • that must be like a 2015 model. wtf it has like 1000 inputs lmao. not really neccissary, but yet effective for the next 5 genarations of the xbox and playstaion consoles. lol

  • iv seen a audio video reciver with 7 hdmis,7 compants,40 left and rigt anolog aduio and 7 digtal coxial aduio out

  • damnnn thats kool but a bit overkilled at the same time. i stick with my 5.1dolby 7.1ch yamaha :)

  • cool 7.1

  • an easy thing to do is get a simple surround sound system with basic inputs like red & white sockets and thats all then all you do is plug your dvd, vcrs & your tv and there you go lol

  • This vid was no help whatsoever

  • @jiggyman007 None of them are.

  • ....This pooor tin ear guy it,s sad I can`t watch,,,,,,,

  • plaese make a vid on how to hook up step by step plzzzz

  • Not to be an ass about it but really if you can't setup a stereo system or something i don't know if you should even have it because that then means you can even tune it right and push it to the right limit and what not i lost my reciever but il be getting a new one hopefuly sometime soon

  • a you got an amplifire connected to that because i got a regular stereo system and i just got a subwoofer that is 400watt by its self plus my other speakers that is 930watt but when i try to turn it up to its loudest and it turns off because the factory stereo is 530watt but i got a subwoofer that adds 400watts and when i hook everything up and try to blast it it cuts of and i have to unplug it and start over listening to my song u think you can help me.

  • lmao he is help for 2 year olds :P

  • my subwoofer doesnt work

  • mine too

  • I dont wanna watch the vid, I wanna know how to disable or remove the mute feature on a yamaha rx-930 av reciever, i dont have the remote, and it doesnt have a mute botton and it is stuck on mute urghh!!!

  • ROFL. That sucks. I'd buy a universal remote that's compatible with your receiver. They are easy to find. I'd recommend a "One-for-all" brand. Its very good and usually work well with Yamaha receivers.

  • well all i can say is on the new ones you can turn up the volume and it turnes it off

  • I found the remote I already blew the fucker tho

  • hahaha that sucks just turn it up to loud

  • you would have to remove the outer shell and get to the inside just remember where the button is located and mybe use a pick to dis-lodge it i don't know the extent of your problem oh ya un plug it before you open it up

  • oh ya blew it up...well the few time i have opened these things up and i also blew it there are somtimes a fuse you can replace on the inside

  • no I ran too much power to it, lol car subs werent meant to for it i guess lol but oh well I got better stuff now

  • this video is for dummies

  • Exactly! This guy is only good for 1 thing, stating the obvious.

  • lol like you just did?? haha not being mean just playin
