You have got to give some credit to Foreman, His sparring partners said pryor to the fight in Zaire that Foreman would hit you and rip the sparring headgear apart. Thats some power.

i wasnt actually referring to Tyson, but now that you mention it, Tyson was actually quicker than Muhammad and had a lower center of gravity. Tyson of 86 would KO Ali.

I was mostly referring to Foreman who was an 8 to 1 favorite. He lost due to understimating Ali. The rope a dope saved Ali. He couldnt have won w/o it. That was a 1 time deal. If Ali wouldve gone toe to toe with George, he would have gotten killed like all the others.

and Liston was almost twice Ali's age when they fought!

id have to agree with kaYboi8o8 on ali being the greatest because he was heavyweight champ 3 times,in his first stint as champ he was as fast as a lightweight even though he was 15stone weight of a man,he was only stopped once in a 61 fight career,only knocked down 4 times (frazier was knocked 6 times in 2rounds against foreman in their first fight) but i do think ali insulting frazier was bad form,ali defeated 2 "invincible" fighters(liston,foreman) but robinson & louis both outstanding champs
