There's a lot I agree with! However, I think loving yourself goes through accepting yourself more than changing. Changes are good, no doubt. But if you tell people "you have to change" (and they probably hear this everyday) they may spend a lot of energy trying to "change", or actually unconsciously try to match some social standards. But it might be a big waste of time, because it's just not them. So before rushing into a brand new lifestyle, maybe we should consider accepting what we are.
