Selling AutoVAZ company to the foreighners is absolute nonsense !
AutoVAZ must be heavily modernized (high-tech equipment, highly skilled personel...), restructurated and recapitalized.
It is very important that AutoVAZ gets russian government financial aid, and that the russian domestic banks give AutoVAZ company good financial credits.
AutoVAZ must than boost emissions of stocks and bonds into world market.
The most important thing is that AutoVAZ must invest moore of it`s money into R&D programs and it must develope moore cooperation with domestic and foreighn car makers and auto parts producers.
