no, it's smooth. download the demo and check it out. the green and red arrows speed you up and slow you down, so that "jumps" your speed but the motion is always smooth.
I see my name on the forum thar! Next to 5 stars, which I am now giving this video. ;-)
Keep up the good work with these roundups, please. The reviews are mostly spot-on and have gotten progressively more interesting to listen to as well.
Thanks for watching, not sure if I'm totally understanding your point, I got the part about you think the games should be free, but can you clarify your opinion on MS's role?
Hey Nick, you posted on Twitter that the new video was up, so I came on YouTube to check it out. I was busy with my IAGO profle there and then caught your bulletin to my other account.

i wonder why this show got lower views than the others? is it because everyone already knows about clover?
matthewdoucette 2 years ago
In the video Streamline looks to be really jumpy, is the game always like that?

I would instantly compare Clover to Dizzy, Seymour etc. Strange comparing it to point and click adventures such as Police Quest.
Very good though. If anyone needs help with Clover. Msg me.

Played the trial, thought it was not bad, so you think it's worth looking into, I'll check it out for sure.
Thanks for the comment!

Thx 4 reply!
Havent played clover yet but will on your recomendation. Streamline, whilst being a fun idea couldn't hold my attention for more than 5 mins.
Jus thought Robots Conundrum was really fun- been playing for ages on co-op an vs mode with a mate!

Not the best games but still great show!

Thanks! Just curious, what you were hoping to see this week in terms of games?
nicktheduderino 2 years ago
I always thought those games should be free...
Community games... that Microsoft make money of it. This is pretty much my thought on XNA.
Good games otherwise though.
MasterLucas92 2 years ago
thinking of only the good games on xblcg, why should they be free? not an attack, i'm just curious to your perception of them...
matthewdoucette 2 years ago
People from the community make the games, but they use Microsoft's platform, bandwidth, and other resources. Its only fair that Microsoft gets a cut.
Dgamer5000 2 years ago
MS get no cut, everything spent on the community games goes to the developer/creator
EssexIrons 2 years ago
70 % go to the developer and 30 % go to Microsoft...
MasterLucas92 2 years ago
No, you are 100% incorrect
They get 30% and that number has been set in stone

police quest... i loved those games. if clover is anything like the feel of those games, then very good job to binary tweed.

Awesome show Nick! I do have a few comments:
IT is good that you keep the show politically correct, even though that adventure game Clover is not Dish Washing.
You have not returned my message, and that makes me sad.
And lastly: Great theme music! Makes the audiance all excited and what not.

Great show, I never like'd adventure games that much, but streamline looks cool.I'll have to download the trial.

Thanks!
Yeah it was kind of a love hate thing between adventure games and I, I loved them but always got stuck somewhere and super frustrated :(
But yeah streamline is really cool, a little feature lite but still a great concept.

Keep em comming!
I download the demo's for whatever games you review (if I haven't already of course). You're a great asset to the XNA community!
