Personally I liked Oblivion better, simply because it's better graphics, funnier and cooler way to fight...more fun quests and stuff. (one of the best rpgs i've played) And I thought morrowind was kinda hard. Almost too free gameplay. You never know where to go :P That got annoying. Then I prefer WoW if the game should be free.

I probably would have liked Oblivion more had it actually not have fast travel (I don't like it, but it's sitting there smiling at me so I can't resist). Morrowind had more quest lines also. It's hard to decide really, I duno. o,o
