i beat this and other bosses under the reccomended level :P

i was lvl 35 in this fight and had no high potions however i think my 3 superpotions balanced that out

My strategy:

Melio Falcis + Melio Scutum with vis fio at first. If i take 2 hits, switch to the cerberus buff. Once i have one hit left before dying, i put on the death ring and use the double gylph union for Melio Falcis, using scutum and melio scutum as necessary. :) fun stuff

Though I usually favor moustached and bearded dracula over smooth face drac (especially the portrait of ruin dracula was terrible smurf) but this OoE version is simply the most epic dracula I have ever seen. Especially when he starts walking (is that the first time in the series?). Love his animations.

In all the videos I've seen people are using Nitesco, but I prefer Vol Luminatio.

But I didn't know you could actually block his "Destruction Ray". This is gonna make this fight a lot easier =) Nice vid.

I haven't got a medal besides ''Wallman'' boss, however this, the toughest one ( Dracula ) gave me a medal =)

I tried about 100 times, got expert in timing and what he would do, that I killed him in like 5 minutes using only Nitesco + Death ring + Int boost.

if you use the flying gliph he's locked on just that one purple flame attack. I've heard people say you shouldn't do this but after seeing the way dracula behaves without volaris I'll stick to my "fly towards dracula" strategy. I even think it's a faster way of defeating him, and it is most certainly the easiest.

aunque yo le maté mucho más rápido,usé mli falcis+vol luminatio+agonía de dominus con el anillo muerte equipado,cada golpe con la combinación le restaba 1070 o así xD luego cuando te ataque te quitas el anillo y entre el escudo y nintesco como ayuda,te lo cargas en nada :D

Using normal strategies, yes he is. I never bother using cheap glyph combinations like the Light+Dark, or the Nitesco glyph.

Unless I'm doing a level 1 run anyway.

But some of the NES Draculas were still harder.

The problem is that Dawn of sorrow says one thing and that Order of Ecclesia says the other. I do think that Dawn of Sorrow is right (it says DVT) as that game is from the original developers. It would also be a bit strange as Alucard's name would be Adrian Tepes Dracula in stead of Adrian Fahrenheit Tepes.

There is a much easier way to defeat him on your first time through the game. You muse use the superior sickle glyph(Vol Falcis) and the beam glyph(Nitesco). Equip the Death Ring and the Sun ring along with any of the Barbarian equipment you may have, I only had the belt. Be sure to have lots of heart repair and start hitting him with the light sword that you use by using the two glyphs together, it does over 700 damage each hit. Repeat this till he dies. I beat him in maybe 12 hits this way.

I used to think that Circle of the Moon had the hardest final boss. My opinion changed when I got to Dracula today. I can do the first phase flawlessly, but I always wind up getting nervous and screwing up during the second phase.

The soul steal is random, but very easy to dodge. Every time he vanishes, you should automatically double jump. If he does soul steal, you 'll jump over him, if he doesn't, u can always make yourself land away from him.
