  • You're wrong about the empty stomatch cardio, period. There might be some truth to it, when you do cardio in the evening, for example, and just wait for your stomach to be starved, you might have an urge to binge afterwards. But morning cardio (before breakfast) is more beneficial than doing it at any other time during the day.

  • @88glory Hey there! Many online sources (such as ezinarticles, musclebomb) further explain why you shouldn't do cardio on an empty stomach. Just search for it. It's also mentioned in Nancy Clark's (RD) Sport's Nutrition Guide Book. Just to name a few. Check it out!
