It is all edited. The car and the person are two images, and they have been cut to fit together, with the fire for the pistols added.

You could get a picture of it, then cut it into the picture.

Depends what software you have.

You can use Paint, though it is quite hard, you have to cut out all background then drag it to where you want to put it, and save the image.

If you have Vegas, you can 'mask' which is the same but it is faster and easier.
