Looks very Cantonese Greg! I haven't had dim sum for quite some time actually, not since relocating here to Hangzhou. Do you ever dine out on Wuliang Lu? There's a fantastic Sichuanese-style restaurant there, that makes the spiciest "water-boiled fish" I've ever had. It's more Sichuanese than what you get in Sichuan! It's one of the first places on my list to visit when I next make it up to Shanghai!
Maybe, you should change the tittle to dim sum and NOT sim sum ;-D

i tho that was not Wuliang Lu,i never heard of em,maybe its WuJiang Lu...yeah,full of tasty food on it where ma high school was nearby...
