4Kids actually did a decent job with the dub. Considering that, aside from a couple of swears, this really was an anime for the average age group that watches 4Kids TV. And I'm glad to see that because it has to do with dinosaurs, the main character DOESN'T have a T-rex.

they did do that... but it's by 4kids and they cut out scenes, change openings, and totally edit the diolouge. Usually it ends up as something really stupid.

It must be. They changed everything and took out so many good parts! Like in Tokyo Mew Mew. They lost their license because there was 2 much violence to dub. and everyones fighting because yu gi oh is too Americanized! They say American slang like "What ev" and "wicked." and the names are ether too americanized or not. It can get REALLY confusing at times.

te encuentro toda la razon, arruinan openings de series como pokemon, naruto, the powerpuff girls z(las chicas superpoderosas z), digimon(bueno en cuando a esta serie es distinto porke, solo le cambiaron el opening en usa, pero x suerte a latinoamerica llego con la misma musica de japon),yugioh, etc, etc, creeran ke les kedaran muy lindos los opening ke aparte duran como 20 segundos,y con la misma letra toda la cancion, y para ke hablar de los endings, ke nisikiera existen.

mira creo entenderte, pero sigues diciendo "el anime latino, el anime estadounidense", pues todo el anime es japones, ahora ke te guste mas hablado en latino es obvio ya ke tu lo eres, y en cuanto a ke sea mejor en latino ke en japones, pues no se es cosa de gustos porke hay series ke uno esta acostumbrado a verlas en latino y otras en japones subtituladas, y como dije anteriormente, los gringos siempre adaptan las series a su gusto y a mi parecer siempre las arruinan.

pues asi es lamentablemente, muchos animes caen en la manos de los gringos, y hasta ahi nomas llegan, y obviamente, asi es como llegan a latinoamerica, pero por suerte no son todos, a y en cuanto a digimon es verdad, los openings y la cancion de cuando digievolcionaban fueron cambiadas en estados unidos, pero gracias a dios a latinoamerica llegaron tal cual como en japon.

That's merchandise... merchandise shouldn't affect the way you view the show. By that logic Naruto and Bleach are card game show because you can play TCGs based on them. They could be using magic crystals or magic marbles to trigger attacks or even just computer data in a special remote. It just a way to tie the plot with the merchandising. I think it work quite well... but they aren't 'playing' anything.

it is, really, you have to use cards with the game. Its a swipe card game. You can find it on wiki. There are arcades and stuff with swipe card games. so really, its both a tcg and a video game. Its like digimon and pokemon. you have to collect cards to play the DK games.
