  • Corps***********

  • nice which one man?

  • What are you trying out for?

  • @Starcraftgod95203 lol no problem, i was going to try out for the crossmen, but i had too much other music to work on, with a percussion ensemble, a solo, the crossmen audition materials, and 4 all region etudes. I decided i didn't want to go there and look unprepared, so i just didn't go.

Who are you trying out for?

  • @Drumbreak1 haha pretty much the same thing!! I was going to try out for Cavaliers and Madison scouts. But i have so much other stuff on my plate--2 Marimba solos, Marimba Duet, Snare solo, Bass ensemble, Onstage ensemble, Percussion ensemble, Symphony, Piano lessons, Jazz ensemble auditions....lol as you can see..I was really busy so i never really had the time to add in more audition music :P next year...lol maybe

  • @Starcraftgod95203 Yeah i'm definetly going to try to plan better next year so i can try out. And i love both cavies and madison, i was trying out for crossmen just because they were holding an audition camp about an hour away so it wasn't a bad drive, or plane ride.

  • ya dude that's awesome! i wish i lived close to any camp! the closest is Madison scouts, and that's a good 3-4 hour drive!! lol

  • @Starcraftgod95203 i swear it's seems like if you live in either california or the kind of northeast usa you have all the corps to choose from, but if you're in the south like me it's like crossmen, spirit, academy, and that's spread from east to west lol

  • I know right!! I really enjoy how gas prices are still high so my car gets really good millage and its really not a problem..because money just grows on trees! xDDDDD extreme sarcasm!

  • the coolest fucking front ensemble book I've ever heard. So clean too.

    Cavies 08 FTW!!!

  • Anyone got music? lol

  • @Starcraftgod95203 about 1:56 through 2:04 is Bb,D,F,D 8times then C,E,G,E 8 times. but that's about all i know lol

  • @Drumbreak1 yay!!!!!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!! [:

  • Haha, funny.

  • phantom is great, but they don't have much on cavies. sorry

  • hey, stop goin to other corps videos and talking trash about them. we all can obviously see you support phantom. but this is makin you look like an arrogant tool.

  • that frekaing run was flawless omg. it sounded like one person.

  • Does anyone know what kind of remo concert bass heads they are using?

  • such phenomenal players looks at those heights when they hace four mallets doing runs with diads it's crazy love it though and sounds amazing

  • :50 Are those dusty keys I see? Very un-Cavies like.

  • go fatass in the white shirt!! lol

kidding. Bad Ass adrian. love this. i'll be seeing you in a few days mannnnnn

  • This is my absolute favorite part of this show because of this amazing pit part. OMG. Fantastic.

  • Great video... I always loved how energetic and bright Cavies' pits seem to be. That dude on the right was jammin'. And the slow-motion was amusing.

  • whats a pit perm?

  • permutations maybe?

  • what does that mean?

  • umm its like a name used for various types of 4-mallet patterns. like you have four mallets (respectivly known as 1-2-3-4 mallets) and you can have different "permutations" such as 3-2-4-1 or 4-3-2-1 or anything (playing them in that order with those mallets) =)

  • wow thank you, you were more than helpful :)

  • haha your welcome =)
