  • @B9King937 Further than you think ;)

  • @msperulovesxxoxo taking workout tips from a girl will only make you fatter

  • @B9King937 True. I don't see any results, all those exercises didn't pay off

  • Holy shit I just got abs in five minutes by reading all the comments about the bowl cut and laughing so hard I damn near ripped by pancreas!

  • Thank you =]

  • Thanks for taking the time to put this together and share techniques : )

  • I cant believe some of the people commenting on here. This poor woman took the time to put a up an instructional video to help people get in shape and she gets a few dozen personal little digs made about her appearance.

    Youtube is full of cunts.

  • Great video - subscribe and friend for power packed videos...

  • i dont like her/his body

  • anything sagging?? what IS that isnt sagging :P

  • I can't do those last two exercises where your completely on your side either on your elbow or arm - and I'm a bloke :( lol The second exercise looks much more within my grasp, so I'll focus on that. Thanks for the inspiration and thank you for the video. Peace out! :)

  • Beautiful hair cut...

  • Looks like Keanneau Reeves in Bill & Ted's

  • Good video. (In the opinion of a layperson... I am not a fitness expert.) I especially liked the last exercise, tho I had a little bit of trouble balancing myself...perhaps because I am not used to the exercise. I'm pretty thin..with lovehandles...so that's a clue as to my fitness level and experience with different exercises. Hoping the balancing will come over time.

And c'mon...people wasting their time on here criticizing the woman's appearance? Please.

  • Hey, Moe....Where's curly??

  • She?

  • beam me up, scotty.

  • the dumb bell side bend is not fitting for women, it thickens the waist.

i think many women want to have a smaller waist, not thick muscular waist...

    everything else is good

  • As a Fatty McFatterson trying to tighten and tone, I really appreciate this video. I know I need to tighten my obliques, but a mental block has kept me from really working on them. Mostly it's being embarrassed that I'm so out of shape. Having this video handy helps me see exactly what to do, since I have never tried to work on this before.

    Thanks, and ignore the haters.

  • she's a man, damn

  • she needs to work on her pecs.

  • wow was this filmed in the 60s whats up with that bowl cut DAMM

  • Definitely Lesbo.

  • Are there any exercises which are more challenging than these? I currently do side planks with a dip for 80 dips on each side (on elbow and feet elevated to be level with torso). I want an exercise where I can do no more than 10-20 reps, to really challenge the obliques.

  • @punkpeacock88

    Try the dragon

its great for toning and bulking up ur abs make them sit out more

  • thanks for the video!

  • awesome video

  • damn i missed all the exercises is was just amazed by her sick bowl cut

  • @SuperMrchucknorris Ah Hahaha Fkn guy all fnny. for the first 30 sec i was just staring at her hair! XD

  • @zieziesmom1 REMINDS ME OF TRUNKS FROM DRAGONBALL Z. but these some good exercises

  • @SuperMrchucknorris hhahaha same :P lmao

  • @SuperMrchucknorris LMAO LMAO LMAO

  • @SuperMrchucknorris BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

  • I like to do the plank position, but every time I do it, by elbow/arm gets tired before my arm and I believe it is not suppose tot do that. Can anyone help me correct that?

  • @nickanthony91 Straghten you back and rely more on you abs rather then you arms

  • @nickanthony91

You could try the side plank with a stability ball. , There would be no pressure on your elbow or shoulder, as your torso would would rest on the ball. It would be a bit tricky to stay balanced on it, though. You would have to do it close to a wall so you don't roll back.

  • Thansk so much! I didn't even think about moving my hips when doing the plank. Can't wait to try it out today. :)

  • wats the first exercise called???
