They use the oneway roads for organization. It prevents traffic jams and collisions. And we only tase people that have not followed the officers orders after being told multiple times over. We don't tase immediately, the officers were not trained that way and it's considered assault with a weapon. Even if you are a cop it is still against the law. If the driver has driven stopped during a pursuit, he is a threat to society, so he may be tased. We dont tase for no reason.

@AutomaticJP They've done it on "cops" a few times, perp takes off on foot when approached by officers, officer runs after, shouts "STOP, IMMA TASE YOU", followed by them getting tased.

It's an effective way of stopping foot pursuits, wouldn't work here though. They only have CS and service weapons, and unloading the CS while running would be rather stupid.
