  • To save ur knees u just need to take the pressure off the front of the knee and put it on ur heel and push thru. This is common knowledge.

  • @lennon1780 they keep everything strong and toned but the pecs are only needed to push heavy objects. pushing in basketball is illegal so pecs arent a focus. but bench pressing helps shoulders and triceps etc so they still need to bench press and all the other chest stuff.

  • I love DRose man, he is my idol. For the past 3 years I hvae worked little by little to jumping higher and after starting at being able to only touch the net about 3 inches from rim to now being able to dunk alley oops feels amazing. I didnt know if id ever get to know what it feels like to dunk, but im telln you do some lunges and leg presses and youll get there. Hard work will get you anywhere. btw I am 5' 10 and white, not that skin color should matter.

  • About the weight of multiple, several groups of a group of about a few long breaks between the groups need to do several times a week?

  • @SyZong What I would suggest is that you start off doing a set of 12 to get your form and blood flow going. Then, you do 2 sets of 8, but 8 has to be the hardest one. Then, do 2 sets of 6, with the last one being the hardest one. If you can't do it right, don't do it. It will hurt. As soon as you are done with the last set, do a set of it without weights carefully, about 15 times, to loosen up.

  • @mysisko it always depends on person but you should do the amount of reps you can do until your performance drops ( something like jumping 7 times and you start to jump lower next one, stop the moment you start jumping lower, you don't wanna train for endurance) rest between should be about 30 sec.

  • @DelaGraham09 yea 2or 3 sets or 12/15 work the best but after about 2months you have to either increase the weight and lower the reps to 8/10 or increase the weight and keep the same reps.
