actually you have to call to get your RMA before the trial end date on your paper. from there they give you 14 days from the initial day that you get your RMA for them to receive the products. just a heads up just in case the rep. didnt explain to you well or misunderstanding.

I actually just got the raw minerals free trial today and im not happy with it either. its really not that amazing its not as great as others say it is. but i guess i will use it for the free trial and junk i hope it doesnt cost really to ship back bc im def. not liking this

I ordered these, the one you say is too dark is actually pretty good for any skin tone..maybe you didn't use it right. Anyway, I love mine and so does my fiance =3. It looks natural, covers my dark circles perfectly. He tells me he can barely tell that I am wearing make up, but he tells me my face looks cleaner ~ flawless and clean. So I am sooo keeping these, I don't mind the price, it's soo good! I love it!

Everyday Minerals has a better sample kit. They dont send you brushes and they don't have any hidden charges. Youshould check them out.

Hey...I wanted to give you a heads up. I also ordered the Raw NB on nov 11th then I got my order on nov 18th. I called and canceled with them by phone to get my RMA number. I then sent their products back to them on the 19th. You really only about 10-14 days to try it because they need the product back in their hands BEFORE THE 30 TRIAL ENDS or your card is billed the 90.00 =( Thus it took about 8 days to get to you and it will take 8 days to get back to them thus i just did mine right away.

I dont care for the retractable blush brush but the other two are okay. As far as the powder it seems to set heavy on my face =( I dont care for that at all and even tried using NEAR NOTHING to cut back on the problem. Your right tho..the bronzer is just a little too much. I ordered the med colors my self. I still rate Sheer covers as number one in my book, hands down. Thanks for taking the time to answer questions for others. Your right tho. Those brushes etc are not worth having to return. Jen

yeah they let u refund the products but the brushes are for u to keep... but its kinda scary cause they sent u a letter sending their going to charge ur credit card like 100 bucks... unless u return them...
