This is one practice that I'm all for. They catch plenty of drunk drivers at these stops. Its better to catch them like this than only the ones they see visually swerving all over the road.

Sure its supposedly to keep us safe from the "drunks" but really, how many vehicles did they impound? How many tickets did they right? How much MONEY did they make?!
You now, the police don't keep the money. It is put into funds to improve the county or state revenues, such that anti-terrorism or homeland security supplies can be paid for. Thats hardly Nazism.
