Even though this cover has a more sentimental tone, I think Alex's version is much more moving. When he sings it, it sounds genuine and the grittiness of his voice complements the lyrics perfectly. This singer just sounds like he's posturing and isn't really feeling the song's quality. But the instrumentals are still pretty and he's got a good voice.

Don't get me wrong, I think the lyrics are lovely and very original. But I don't think that the lyrics are soo brilliant. What does he sing about, I don't get it - even though I have listened to this a thousand times! :)

The lyrics, I think, are pretty fucking brilliant.

It's a gorgeous little story about a man that has a girl fall in love with him and takes her with him wherever it is he goes on the promise of romance and adventure.

The singer is questioning the girl asking her if it's worth it; to settle so early, when the guy is obviously the only one that benefits. Will the relationship even last? It's a story of quick love but not true romance.

The lyrics are good, and I may be wrong but it has depth.
