the project has already broken ground and started construction, yet it all hinges on Israel's approval of a short stretch of road to allow access to the city- so far the IDM has refused to say whether such access will be given which is irrational, a Palestinian road on Palestinian land yet the Pals have to get permission from the Israelis before they can use it- strange really. But you are right in that the Pals are politcally divided. Lets hope peace comes to that region soon.
Israelis and Palestines should work together... they'd beat all the rest of middle east cos siraelis and palestinians are just the best :DD

I don't see it happening. Even if the buildings get built and the trees get planted. The social barriers outweigh the political ones, IMO.
It's been almost a century and the Palestinians still have no leadership.
