How do you play Guild Wars ? is it like Skyrim, just open world with quests and side missions when I want to do them and I can do at any time ? If it is an MMO how can I be in a huge open world with other people and do quests, for example what if I go to a quest place and someone else wants to do it too how do we choose who does it, and kills the boss ect how does it all work ? and if I just buy the game will I be in the same game as everyone in the world playing ?

@TimeSplittersChimp it is an MMO, but once you step outside the outposts / cities (places where you can actually see other players) you enter your own world of that area, without other people walking in it. exception to this is that you can invite people to your party, who then also join you in your "own world". guild wars has many many different bosses. i would suggest to google "gw wiki". that site can pretty much explain it all to you =)

its easy, all -75 +3 bonus ( smite prot etc etc ) weapon whatever but a +20% enchant, the farm is in Gates of Kryta mish.

Looks like a typical 55 build,though he isn't using the right runes for it. really the rune equips are what we need. Gotta remember this vid was uploaded almost 4 years ago to and since then alot of the skills have been nerfed. I see mystic regen i nthere,that definetly got nerfed awhile back.

@TheFutureComingSoon ugh, dummy. just look at the surroundings and you should know. it isn't that hard to see where it is. For the template, just look at the skillbar and find the same Mo/D skills. If you don't have them, buy them. For the staff, that is a good question only. But any maxed (monk?) staff may do.

@Brynhildr13 believe it or not, Hydras (the very first 55HP farm) STILL works. HM then. About 1/2 hydras drop something. You can do the whole Skyward Reach (all the way round, doing about 90 Hydras) takes up to 40 mins, but you'll have gained +1k in cash alone, and something like 2 bags full of items with 1 or 2 golds per run ... I've done this for 3 days I think => 55k now/

By my standards sir thats not making any money lol... your better off going to shing jea with a level 20 in nm and just one sitting things with flare or something cause ull probably make more then 1k in 40 minutes, try feather farming takes about 10-15 minutes per run (depending on your build 8 minutes) and you can get anywhere from 100- a stack of feathers in 20 minutes a stack of feathers = 9-11k profit gain after 2 hours? 50k... or more.

not a bad farm, think I'll stick with raptor farming though :P

you can easily get 30-50+ golds/hour depending on your luck with drops.

I've had 5 golds drop in a single run that only took 1 minute :D

can't wait till canthan new year though ^_^

farming the quests with new characters you can get a stack of tokens in 2:00-2:30 depending on how fast you are.

I've worked out that if i don't have a life over that weekend i can make over 1k platinum :D

I was doing this long before even HM existed, and been doing it ever since. Its the easiest farm to do But no you cannot make 700k a week doing this. Might get lucky to roll over 75-100k. It is still the best place to farm holiday drops though, thats for sure.

55 builds still work, but im not sure about this one.

Guild wars is trying to nerf most farming builds but players will always find a way around them.
