Has anyone in Alston, Cumbria heard of a place called Crossalands Farm. It is where Sir William Stephenson lived. He was my gt Grandad (few more gts in the front lol) - we can't find anything on it a all so any information would be great! - Oh, its near a place called Slaggyford? if that helps

Great road, just get up early before the police checkpoints and Sunday drivers ruin your blast up to the cafe.

Another great bike road in Cumbria is from Maryport to Silloth, watch out for the golfers!
