I'm not sure but from the short clip of the audience at the end I'd say the 80's. Could this have possibly take place on the Rene Kollo show? I'm not sure what the format of his show was - just a thought.
First I was pretty convinced this wasn't Edita, then at 0:25 the camera zoomed onto her face and I'm like OMG Edita!!

She can pull this off, without being tacky - unlike some modern day sopranos who are. Well done Edita!

What does that all mean?

Oh geez, different dialect...I think it's:
"At the Nile, at the Nile, at the Nile,
Joseph and the Pharaoh (operated?)
completely under disguise/incognito.
There one dances only three quarters naked (?)
to Jimmy and the Two Quarters Tact (band name?).
It met with loving the evening
of complete (beautiful?) Egypt,
in/at the bar to the Crocodile
an the beautiful blue Nile.

With Ramses today in the Bar
the husband of Mrs. Potifar
sat and ate from a fig blanket/mat
a chopped-up mummy with spinach!
ON THE NILE!"
If that makes any sense...Rough translation, I'll think more on it. I probaly missed all of the colloquialisms and went for the literal meaning.
