There is no way of kicking a ball 'correctly'. It's whatever suits YOU. There is a correct/good technique. However, you don't have to follow it, and to be honest, you've gotta have a bit of natural ability to get the correct technique.

From my experience the best way to shoot a bouncing ball would be to align yourself next to it and kick, instead of standing behind it.

@akaerick2000 lean over the ball to stop it going high over the bar, make sure your head is over the ball, this will really help, and with accuracy just shoot with les power and more accuracy until you feel you can give it a bit more power, but rember you wont hit thhe target with power every time anyways so dont worry and just practise :)
