  • you got be possitive and never be afraid to do wrong because is by the mistakes we can improve.

  • The most important quality is a positive can-do attitude. Many people don't like a lot of contact with people which makes them unsuitable ie unhappy employees. Unhappy employees usually don't have happy customers!
