You look so happy! Your eyes are even smiling, married life seems to be working well for you.

Please elaborate on your heart surgery. Why did you have it? What symptoms were you experiencing? It seems odd that they went in through your right side to get to your heart, then again anatomy wasn't my strongest subject.
