To position 2: your argument fell apart at 1:00 when you introduced the word for which the whole ant-gay argument is built around -- the theology of man and his own intellect as he perceives and implies from law. The Pharisees did this same thing, and Truth vomited them out like poison. The word that you used which crippled your argument from the ouset was "theologically". That word has hoisted the many derivitations of religion in existence today. And its been humanity's prob every since!

I don't know how Eve could be considered as being created in the image of god. She was an imperfect carbon copy of Adam, made from one of his ribs, without the breath of life. She was almost like an afterthought in the creation story, and it's implied by Adam giving Eve her name (as he gave the animals their names) that she was probably considered no better than an animal.
