  • Pie looks great! Glad you cut back the sugar a bit. I have also found that Key Lime Pies are way way too sweet. :)

  • what is a good cream substitute besides evaporated milk or condensed milk?

  • If you have a VERY FAST mixer or blender, you can make a whipped cream substitute with VERY COLD skim milk(freezer it for 2-4 hours), a bit of vanilla, and a touch of artificial sweetener (Splenda or Stevia) It doesn't last in the fridge, but you can make it just before you serve it!
