It's a tradition in Mexico to make cascarones, confetti filled eggs, during Easter.
We would start saving Cascarones 3 months before Easter. Even Guela would save for all the grandkids. Decorating them and filling them with confetti was so much fun..
After Church we would all get together have a cook out and bring out the Cascarones! It was so much fun. I miss those days.....................
