Yes series 3 seems so...weird. Like it's not the actual show, just some spin-off where major characters disappear...it's just so weird without Marian and Will. Djaq's role wasn't so important I guess. But Marian just has to be there, and Will has to be there because now the 'inventions' (like that arrow-shooting thing in the first episode) just don't seem plausible...

I am trying my best to avoid season 3 spoilers...after all, it is going to be a while before I get to see it here in the states. I found out Marian was going to die before the season finale but I didn't know Guy was the one who killed her...poor fellow, yes, I suppose much angst will be seen next season.

As much as I enjoy Keith Allen's chewing of the scenery as the sheriff, I would love to see Guy take him down!

I agree. I admit Marian and Robin had a nice enough chemistry in the first series with their little love/hate thing going on. But they seriously cooled it down in series 2. Guy and Marian were buring up the screens.

Sorry I don't fully agree with that statement. I think Jonas Armstrong is very good and rather goodlooking. But if there was a choice between him and Guy there would be no question about who I'd choose. I think the problem is that Guy is sooo sexy in comparision and alot more interesting a character as he's got elements of good and bad.

But for a tv series that's a good thing: to totally different potential love interests, so the girls who aren't hooked by one will fall for the other. (Same with identification figures for the boys.)

Ye I agree. Robin is more a boy. My friend loves Robin. I guess it depends what your type is and whether your into young or older (sexier and maturer) guys. Robin at times though acts rather childish and almost self-centred. Guy has probably been a stronger force in Marian's life. Robin tends to take her for granted at times. Guy never gives up trying. That's what I really like about him.

The ending of the show had so much drama, but it left so many questions. What about a love interest? I think the show will miss out on having Marian there. A new love interest may come in, but everyone knows the of the Robin/Marian love. It's sort of legendary - you know what I mean? Like King Arthur/Guinevere(sp?)/Lancelot­, the Robin/Marian/Guy love triangle had so many more possibilities.

I love this video, but it's so painful to think Marian may have been pretending and lying all along when she acted toward Guy as if she cared for him. I keep wanting to believe she was sincere all season and that her words to him in the finale were an aberration.
